food variety helpful staff spacious room limited equipment insufficient shade stained sink
the breakfast offered many choices. i appreciated the variety of food provided each morning. the room was spacious and clean. the staff was attentive and helpful..
the gym equipment was limited. i noticed only three treadmills were available. the pool area lacked sufficient shade. finding a shaded spot during peak hours proved difficult. the bathroom sink had a noticeable stain i found unpleasant.

i got a free room upgrade! the breakfast buffet had great variety. the reception staff were really friendly and cute to me.
the room was smaller than expected. i found signs of wear and tear on the bathroom tiles. there wasn't much natural sunlight in my room.

mixed feelings about the stay
unprofessional reception inattentive service
the location was good, only a short walk to the metro station.
The room i had booked, an executive suite, felt smaller than advertised (maybe less than 40 square meters). the staff at the reception were not very professional and showed a lack of respect at times (they were too familiar). room service was also a letdown. Staff knocked loudly instead of using the doorbell and just left the tray without a smile.

this hotel is always a wonderful experience. the front office team and housekeeping team always take extra care. they ensure our comfort, which i appreciate. a special thanks to saif from the front office continuously follows up and makes sure our stay is pleasant. i appreciate the warm hospitality shown.
the gym only opens at 8 am , it is not ideal needing an early start.

the staff was helpful and showed high standards. mr saif and mr moumen at the reception desk were concerned, and ms. tajar, at the bar kindly served some drinks. the team provided a cute atmosphere.

the hotel is located in the business area, and the metro station is close. a supermarket is also within walking distance , this offers convenient access to transportation and amenities. nearby facilities include the khalifa tennis stadium.

attentive staff excellent service tasty food superb facilities
the staff was super attentive. rose and chef nadine were especially cute. i really appreciated the excellent customer service and tasty food. the facilities were superb and really exceeded my expectations.
